Nita Ambani’s Monumental Necklace Draws Attention at Antilia Celebrations
Nita Ambani attended a big Ganpati celebration at her home, Antilia, in Mumbai.
The Ambani family welcomed their Ganpati idol, called Antilia Cha Raja.
Many Bollywood celebrities and other guests came for darshan.
Nita wore a bright silk saree for the occasion.
The biggest part of her outfit was a very large necklace.
It reached across her shoulders and used gold, diamonds, colorful gemstones and pearls.
One report said the special necklace was inspired by India’s jewellery traditions and took three years to assemble.
She wore more gold jewellery, kept her makeup simple and carried a small gold potli bag.
Her hair was arranged in a long braid decorated with a small gajra.
Nita Ambani welcomed family, Bollywood celebrities and other guests during Antilia Cha Raja celebrations in Mumbai.
She wore a rich silk saree described as orange-and-magenta, or tangerine with purple and gold accents.
Her shoulder-to-shoulder bib necklace combined gold, diamonds, colored gemstones and pearls.
The necklace was described as an archival-inspired piece of wearable art assembled over three years.
Gold earrings, kaan pasha, ruby-and-gold kadas, bangles, rings, a long braid and a gold potli completed her look.
