Sometimes, when he goes to get his trophy, some people in the crowd boo him, which means they are making loud, unhappy noises.

This happened at two races.

A famous driver named Sergio Perez said that even though fans can be very excited, they shouldn't be mean to the drivers who win.

He thinks everyone should be respectful.

Also, a person who works for another team, called Racing Bulls, was seen making a 'thumbs-down' sign at Lando during one of these trophy moments.

That team said that behavior is not okay and they talked to the employee about it.

Lando is currently leading the championship, which is like being in first place for the whole year.
