Staff Reunite Child with Family at Delhi Railway Station
At a train station in New Delhi, a woman was seen with a crying child.
The station workers thought something was wrong and asked her about the child.
The child said he didn’t know her.
The workers called security and the police.
They took the woman and the child to the police and found the child’s real parents.
The child was safely reunited with his family.
The station manager said the workers were very careful and stopped a bad situation from happening.
This is not the first time the station has helped find missing children.
The company that runs the station uses cameras and training to keep passengers safe.
Alert staff at Sarai Kale Khan Namo Bharat station noticed a woman with a crying child and suspected a possible kidnapping.
The child denied knowing the woman, leading the station controller to involve CISF and Delhi Police.
Both the woman and child were handed over to police for investigation; the child’s parents were contacted.
NCRTC Managing Director Shalabh Goel praised staff vigilance, noting it prevented a potential incident.
Similar CCTV‑based rescues have occurred before, including a 2023 case of missing girls at Anand Vihar Namo Bharat station.
