Maruti Suzuki to raise vehicle prices by up to ₹30,000 from August 2026

Maruti Suzuki, India's largest car manufacturer, has announced that it will increase the prices of its vehicles by up to ₹30,000 starting from August 2026.

This decision is due to the rising costs of materials and inflation.

The company has been trying to reduce costs but has to pass on some of the increased expenses to customers.

They have also offered a price protection scheme for small cars booked before June 14, 2024, to help customers affected by previous price hikes.

Other car companies like Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Hyundai Motor India have also increased their prices recently due to similar reasons.
