Man impersonates railway inspector, dupes employee

A man named Harish Kamble pretended to be a railway inspector.

He took money from a railway employee, promising to help with job transfers and payments.

The employee got suspicious and told the railway's vigilance team.

The team set a trap and caught Kamble when he tried to take more money.

Kamble had already taken Rs 60,000 earlier and promised a job transfer, but it didn't happen.

He then asked for more money to help with pending payments.

The railway team arrested him when he took Rs 20,000.

The accused faces legal action under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Act 2023 for cheating and impersonation.
