Andhra Pradesh Sanctions Rs 100 Crore for Delayed Rail Line

Andhra Pradesh is giving Rs 100 crore to help build a delayed railway line.

The line will connect Kotipalli and Narsapuram.

It was approved more than 20 years ago but has not been completed.

The project has become more expensive over time.

Most of the land needed for the railway has already been acquired.

Some bridge work near the Godavari had also started.

Work stopped because there was not enough money.

The new funding may help construction begin again and improve travel in Konaseema.
