BJP Blames Congress and TRS for Neglect of Kurnool–Aija Bridge
The BJP leaders visited a very old and broken bridge called Pedda Vagu Bridge on the Kurnool–Aija road.
They said the bridge is in bad shape with big holes and crumbling parts, making it unsafe for people to use.
They blamed the previous TRS government and the current Congress government for not fixing the bridge properly.
The BJP leaders said the governments are only doing temporary fixes like filling holes with soil, which is not a permanent solution.
They warned that the bridge could break during the monsoon and cause accidents.
The BJP demanded that the old bridge be torn down and a new one be built immediately.
If the government does not take action, the BJP threatened to hold big protests.
BJP leaders inspected the severely damaged Pedda Vagu Bridge on the Kurnool–Aija main road.
The bridge is in a dilapidated condition with large potholes and structural deterioration, posing a threat to commuters.
BJP blamed both the former TRS government and the present Congress government for negligence in addressing the issue.
Temporary repairs are being done by filling potholes with soil and debris, but no permanent solution has been initiated.
BJP demanded the demolition of the existing bridge and immediate construction of a new one, warning of protests if no action is taken.
