Bengaluru Airport Extends Free Parking Duration
The airport in Bengaluru has decided to let people park for free for a longer time.
Before, you could park for free for 10 minutes, but now it's 15 minutes.
This is to make things easier for people picking up passengers.
They also have more shuttles, cars, and buggies to help people move around the airport.
The airport listened to people's feedback and made these changes to make everyone's experience better.
Bengaluru's Kempegowda International Airport extended free parking duration from 10 to 15 minutes at Terminal 1 arrival pick-up areas.
The change is effective from December 26 and applies to both private vehicles and taxi services.
The decision was made based on passenger and stakeholder feedback to enhance ease and flexibility.
Passengers can choose between shuttles (every 7 minutes), six cars, and 10 buggies for movement between P3/P4 pick-up areas.
The changes aim to improve traffic flow and provide a more seamless kerbside pick-up experience.
