Rajasthan HC Grants Bail to Naresh Meena in SDM Assault Case
Imagine a court hearing about a person named Naresh.
He was accused of hitting an official, and the court looked at his case.
The court decided he could be released from jail in the case of hitting the official.
However, he was also in trouble for something else, like a fight in a town called Samraota.
The court did not let him out of jail for this other case.
So, even though he won one part of his case, he still has to stay in jail because of the other one.
His lawyer said the official might have been acting a little strange before the incident, but the court kept him in jail for the other case since his previous bail request on February 14th was denied.
The Rajasthan High Court delivered contrasting decisions on Naresh Meena's bail applications.
Meena was granted bail in the SDM assault case.
A separate bench denied Meena's bail application in the Samraota violence case, keeping him in custody.
Defense argued the assault was spontaneous and highlighted the SDM's conduct.
Meena's previous bail denial on February 14th was considered.
