Pavan Allena's Mission: Cultivating Hyderabad's Next Generation of Entrepreneurs

Imagine a young person named Pavan who once tried to start a business and failed.

But instead of giving up, he learned a lot from his mistakes!

He then created a program called Metamorphosis to teach other young people how to be entrepreneurs.

This program helped many students learn about starting businesses.

Later, he started another school called The Bower School, where students learn by actually doing things, like building real projects and talking to successful business people.

Now, Pavan has opened a special cafe called Founders Library & B Café.

It's a place for people who want to start businesses to meet, share ideas, read books, and drink coffee.

Pavan wants to help a new generation of entrepreneurs grow in Hyderabad by giving them a place to learn and connect.
