BMC Inspector Arrested for Accepting Bribe in Dahisar
A man named Dilip Sarvade, who works as a sanitation inspector for the BMC in Mumbai, was caught taking a bribe.
He asked an eatery owner for ₹20,000 so that he wouldn't give the owner any more notices or take action against his shop.
The eatery owner didn't want to pay the bribe, so he told the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) about it.
The ACB set up a trap and caught Dilip Sarvade when he took the money.
Now, he is in trouble for taking the bribe.
Dilip Sarvade, a BMC sanitation inspector, was arrested for accepting a ₹20,000 bribe.
