Punjab Police Arrest Shooters in Kabaddi Promoter's Killing
A man named Rana Balachauria, who was a big shot in the world of kabaddi tournaments, was killed during a tournament in Punjab.
The police, with the help of other states, caught the two men who shot him in West Bengal.
They also caught another person who was close to a handler based abroad.
The police think the killing was because of a fight over who controls the kabaddi tournaments.
A gang claimed they did it for revenge, but the police don't believe that story.
The court is very upset about the crime situation in Punjab and has asked the top police officer to explain what's being done to stop it.
Punjab Police arrested two shooters, Karan Pathak and Tarandeep Singh, in the killing of kabaddi promoter Rana Balachauria.
The shooters were arrested in Howrah, West Bengal, with the assistance of multiple state police forces and central intelligence agencies.
Akash, a relative of foreign-based handler Amar Khabe Rajputa, was also apprehended.
