Rajasthan Officer Turns Abandoned Buildings Into Digital Libraries

In Dholpur, Rajasthan, many old government buildings were not being used.

An IAS officer named Nivrutti Avhad helped turn them into places where people can study.

These places are called Digital Samvidhan Ghars.

About 5,000 students have registered to use the 78 centres.

They can read books, use computers, and prepare for exams without travelling to a city.

Girls and married women can study there in a nearby and welcoming place.

Local women manage the centres and help keep them running.

Villagers also donated money, work, or equipment to build them.

The centres are now used for learning, meetings, and discussions about village issues.
