FSSAI Training Mandatory for Shopkeepers and Managers
Imagine you run a shop or a hotel.
To make sure the food is safe and good for everyone, there's a special class you have to take.
This class teaches you how to keep things clean and the food safe.
You learn about not using too much oil when cooking and how to prevent food from going bad.
The people teaching the class want shop owners to wash their hands and get check-ups to make sure they are healthy.
This helps keep the food safe for everyone who buys it.
MCED organized a training class for shopkeepers and hotel business managers.
The training took place in Duddeda village, Siddipet district.
Bhargavi Kanchala of FSSAI provided the training.
