Best Tricolour LED Lights Under Rs 1,000 for Independence Day
Independence Day in India is celebrated on August 15.
On this special day, many people decorate their homes with lights in the colours of the Indian flag: orange, white and green.
A news website called News18 looked at six kinds of these special lights.
All of them cost less than 1,000 rupees, so they are not too expensive.
The best one overall is a 12-metre rope light made by OLIPS, which costs 543 rupees and can even be used outside in the rain.
The cheapest light is the Vespa 32 LED string, which costs just 149 rupees.
Some lights work best on balconies, while others are better for small spaces like windows and shelves.
The lights can also be used for other holidays, such as Republic Day and Diwali.
They are sold on the website Amazon, where prices may change, so it is good to check before buying.
Decorating with tricolour lights makes homes look bright and festive for the special day.
News18 has listed six tricolour LED string lights priced under Rs 1,000 for Independence Day 2026 decoration.
The OLIPS Indian Flag Tiranga 3-in-1 Tricolor LED Rope Light, at Rs 543, was named the best overall pick with IP65 waterproofing and a 12-metre length.
