Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man Season 2 Sets 2027 Release
Marvel has announced when the second season of Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man will arrive.
It will come to Disney+ on January 13, 2027.
The show was first expected in fall 2026, so it is coming later than planned.
At a convention, Marvel showed a short look at new adventures and characters.
Doctor Octopus, Shocker, and Daredevil appeared in the footage.
Peter Parker will also bond with a symbiote, and Gwen Stacy will become Ghost Spider.
Marvel says making animated seasons takes time and the team wanted to find a good schedule.
The first season ended with several mysteries, including a piece of symbiote kept by Norman Osborn.
A third season has been approved, but Marvel has not announced its release date.
Season 2 premieres on Disney+ on January 13, 2027, later than its original fall 2026 target.
Marvel announced the date at its New York Comic Con panel and posted it on X on October 8, 2026.
Panel footage included Doctor Octopus, Shocker, Daredevil, and Peter Parker bonding with the symbiote.
Rhino, Lizard, Venom, and Gwen Stacy as Ghost Spider are set to appear.
Marvel says the series is greenlit through Season 3; no Season 3 release date has been announced.
