IDFC FIRST Bank Launches Premium FD-Backed Credit Card
IDFC FIRST Bank has introduced a new premium credit card called the FIRST WOW!
Black Credit Card.
This card is special because it doesn't charge extra fees for spending money in other countries.
It comes with two cards: one physical Mastercard and one virtual RuPay card that works with UPI.
Both cards share the same credit limit and billing.
The card offers rewards for everyday shopping and UPI transactions, plus extra rewards for booking hotels and flights through the bank's app.
Cardholders get four free visits to airport lounges each year, free roadside assistance once a year, and insurance coverage for accidents, lost cards, and trip cancellations.
The card costs ₹750 plus taxes to get and each year, but the annual fee is waived from the second year if you spend at least ₹1.5 lakh in a year.
You can apply for this card online by putting down a fixed deposit of at least ₹20,000.
The bank says this card makes premium features available to more people at a reasonable price.
