MCX Aluminium Futures Consolidate Amidst Volatile Uptrend
Imagine you are watching the price of aluminium go up and down like a bouncy ball.
It went up pretty high recently, but now it's settling down a bit, like it's taking a small rest.
Experts think it's still trying to go higher overall, like the ball wanting to bounce again.
There are certain prices where it might stop going down (support) and certain prices where it might stop going up for a bit (resistance).
If it stays above its support levels, it might reach even higher prices soon, but there's a tough spot it will have to get past.
Traders are being advised to buy when the price is a bit lower and move their safety net (stop-loss) up as the price increases to protect their earnings.
MCX Aluminium Futures experienced volatility, reaching ₹275 per kg before consolidating.
The overall uptrend is considered intact, with immediate support around ₹271-₹270 and ₹268 as the next key level.
Resistance is noted in the ₹275-₹276 range, with a stronger resistance zone between ₹280-₹281.
A bullish bias is maintained as long as the contract stays above the ₹270-₹268 support zone.
Traders are advised to consider long positions with specific stop-loss and trailing strategies based on price movements.
