Indore Auto Drivers Protest E-Rickshaws, Bike Taxis, Threaten Chakka Jam

Auto-rickshaw drivers in Indore say they are losing passengers and money.

They blame competition from e-rickshaws and bike taxis.

Their association held a protest at Palasia Square.

The drivers want e-rickshaws to stay on specific routes.

They also want bike taxis to follow the same rules as auto-rickshaws.

The association says some bike taxis may not have uniforms or yellow number plates.

One driver said he sometimes waits all day without finding a passenger.

The drivers warned that they may block roads in a chakka jam if their concerns are not addressed.
