Karnataka CM Shivakumar Criticises BJP Over Farmers’ Welfare

Karnataka Chief Minister D. K. Shivakumar criticised the BJP over its record on farmers’ welfare.

He said the BJP should think about its time in government before holding more marches.

Shivakumar also said he would visit Kudalasangama to offer prayers.

On Saturday, he plans to launch a programme called Praja Seve.

The programme is meant to help people share their problems with the government.

People should not have to travel repeatedly to government offices.

A new system is being prepared so the government can listen to people at their homes.

Ministers and legislators would listen to local problems on two Saturdays each month.
