Indore Municipal Corporation Launches Mega Green Drive
The Indore Municipal Corporation is planning a big tree-planting project in two places in Indore.
They want to plant trees on 101 hectares of land to make the city greener and help the environment.
The Municipal Commissioner, Kshitij Singhal, checked the sites to make sure everything is ready.
They will plant trees at Datuni Hill and behind a housing complex called PMAY at Gulmarg.
The goal is to make these areas green zones to protect the soil and help plants grow.
The officials will also take care of the trees after planting them to make sure they grow big and strong.
Indore Municipal Corporation is preparing for a massive plantation drive as part of the 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam' campaign.
