Nagarro Reports Q3 2025 Results with Revenue Growth and Shareholder Actions
Nagarro, a company that helps other businesses become more digital, released its financial report for the third part of the year 2025.
They made more money than last year, with their sales going up by almost 10% if you ignore how different countries' money values changed.
Their profits also went up a lot.
However, for the first nine months of the year, their adjusted profits went down a little because the value of the US dollar changed compared to the Euro, which affected some of their financial calculations.
Despite this, the company is doing well enough that they have decided to buy back some of their own shares and cancel others to give value back to their investors.
They also plan to keep their predictions for the whole year the same.
The company now has more employees than before.
Nagarro reported Q3 2025 revenue of €254.6 million, a 4.8% year-over-year increase (9.4% in constant currency).
Adjusted EBITDA for Q3 2025 rose by 27.2% year-over-year to €44.0 million, representing 17.3% of revenue.
For the first nine months of 2025, revenue reached €753.4 million (up 3.9% YoY), while Adjusted EBITDA decreased due to currency revaluation losses.
The company announced a plan to redeem 853,688 treasury shares and initiate a share buyback program of up to 450,000 shares.
Nagarro maintained its full-year 2025 financial guidance.
