Bangladesh's Ex-PM Zia's Travel Abroad Postponed Indefinitely
Khaleda Zia, a former leader of Bangladesh, is very sick and needs special treatment in London.
She was supposed to travel there, but the doctors said she is not well enough to go right now.
They are trying to make her better in Bangladesh first.
Her family and supporters are praying for her recovery.
There was also some talk about her son, who lives in London, not being able to come back to Bangladesh to be with her, but the government says he can return if he wants to.
Khaleda Zia's travel to London for advanced medical treatment has been postponed indefinitely.
The medical board decided she is not well enough to travel at this time.
An air ambulance was arranged by the Emir of Qatar but could not reach Dhaka due to technical issues.
Zia is currently being treated in the CCU at Evercare Hospital in Dhaka.
Her son, Tarique Rahman, who lives in London, expressed his desire to be with her but has not returned to Bangladesh.
