MP Assures Matua Community on Voter ID, CAA Amidst Controversy

Imagine a group of people called the Matua community who are worried about their names being removed from the list of people who can vote.

A politician named Shantanu Thakur wants to help them.

He explained that even if their names are taken off the voter list, they can get them back.

This is because of a new law called CAA.

He said that if people from the community apply for citizenship under the CAA, they'll get voter cards again.

However, some other political groups think this is just a way for the politician to hide the real problems the community is facing.
