Rajgarh Police Arrest 14 in Interstate Ponzi Scam Case

Police in Rajgarh say they caught a group accused of running a money scam.

The group allegedly promised people that their money would quickly become twice as much.

One businessman reportedly gave them Rs 2 crore after being promised Rs 4 crore.

The accused allegedly showed him a screenshot saying the money had been transferred.

But the money never reached his account, and the office connected to the group was closed.

The businessman then complained to the police.

Police searched locations across several states for 35 days.

They arrested 14 people and seized cash, vehicles and phones.

Police also said the group may have cheated other people in West Bengal and New Delhi.
