Ratlam Housing Board Gives Seven-Day Deadline on Home Commercial Use

Ratlam Housing Board Gives Seven-Day Deadline on Home Commercial Use

The Housing Board in Ratlam says some homes are being used like shops or offices.

It has told the property holders to stop these activities within seven days.

The warning applies to several Housing Board colonies.

People must also tell the Board when they have stopped the commercial use.

If they do not follow the order, they could lose their leases.

The Board says properties must be used for the purpose written in their lease.

The action follows court orders about commercial activities in residential areas.

More than 3,000 landowners may be affected.
