Affleck Wins $1 Million on ‘Who Wants to Be a Millionaire’
Ben Affleck, a famous actor, played a game show with a Jeopardy!
champion named Jamie Ding.
They answered questions and won a huge prize of one million dollars.
Instead of keeping the money, they gave it to a charity that helps people in eastern Congo.
The win was similar to a win by Matt Damon a year earlier.
Jamie Ding had won a lot of money on Jeopardy!
before.
The game was hosted by Jimmy Kimmel.
The team used research to answer a tricky question about a Spanish festival.
They finished the game calmly and won the top prize.
The money will help the charity do more good work.
Ben Affleck and Jeopardy! champion Jamie Ding won $1 million on ABC’s Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.
The prize was donated to the Eastern Congo Initiative, a charity Affleck co‑founded.
The duo matched Matt Damon’s 2025 win, both winning the top prize for charity.
Affleck used research on Spanish customs to answer a $250,000 question correctly.
Jamie Ding is a 31‑game Jeopardy! winner and law student from New Jersey.
