Endowments Commissioner Visits Kondagattu Temple, Announces Development Plans
M. Hanumantha Rao, an official who oversees temple matters, visited the Anjaneyaswamy temple at Kondagattu with his family.
They took part in special prayers.
He said plans are underway to improve the temple.
A 96-room guest house will be built for Rs 35.19 crore, with funding from Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams.
The construction work is expected to start soon.
The temple is also preparing for Chandanotsavam from November 15 to 20.
Officials say they will provide facilities to make the festival more convenient for visitors.

A tender has been finalised for a 96-room guest house costing Rs 35.19 crore.
Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams is funding the guest house, and construction is expected to begin shortly.
Arrangements are being made for Chandanotsavam, scheduled for November 15 to 20, with facilities planned for devotees.
