Ukai Dam Generates Highest Hydro Power in Five Years in 2025

The Ukai Dam made a lot of electricity from water in 2025!

It generated 541.467 million units of power.

This is the most electricity it has made in five whole years.

This happened because the monsoon season brought plenty of water starting in June.

The dam uses special machines to make electricity when it releases water.

These machines started working in September and stopped in November.

Even though they stopped, the dam still had enough water for people to drink and for farms.

The amount of water stored in the dam is almost at its highest level.

This shows that the dam is managing its water well for power, drinking, and farming.
