Citroen Expands Aircross, Basalt And eC3 X Lineups

Citroen has added more versions of three cars in India.

The Aircross X and Basalt X can now be bought with a turbo-petrol engine on more affordable trims.

They can also get a naturally aspirated petrol engine with the highest Max equipment level.

This gives buyers more choices between power, features, and price.

Citroen says the naturally aspirated versions will also be available with CNG, but it has not announced those prices.

The electric eC3 X now has an Extended version.

Its official driving range is 330 kilometres, which is 5 kilometres more than before.

The improvement comes from efficiency changes, not a bigger battery.

Buyers can use a battery-rental plan, which lowers the car's starting price but adds a charge for every kilometre driven.
