Nagaon Villagers Vandalize Homes, Blame Police for Drug Inaction

In a village called Mohkhuli in Nagaon, people got angry because they thought the police weren't doing enough about drug problems.

They took action themselves and broke into the homes of people they thought were selling drugs.

The villagers said they had told the police about the drug sellers many times, but nothing happened.

They were upset because they felt the police would arrest the suspects, but let them go soon after.

The police came to stop the vandalism, and are now checking who was involved.

The villagers want the drug offenders to be punished severely and they have been dealing with this issue for the past 5 years.
