Congress warns against quashing youth protest

The Congress party in India warned the government not to stop a protest by young people at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi.

They said cutting off the internet there is causing panic.

The Congress said if the government stops the protest, people will be very upset and might punish Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a big way.

They made this warning on a social media platform called X.
