Korean-Style Photo Booths Bring Four-Cut Trend to Kolkata
Korean-style photo booths are small places where people take fun pictures together.
They have colourful backgrounds, filters and props.
You choose how you want the pictures to look before entering the booth.
The booth takes four photos quickly, so everyone must pose fast.
Some booths let people take eight photos instead.
Afterward, the pictures are printed as a small strip.
Some places also provide digital copies through a QR code.
Kolkata now has several places where friends, couples and families can try this activity.
Korean-style photo booths have recently appeared in Kolkata, influenced by K-pop and K-drama culture.
Visitors choose props, filters and frames before taking four photographs in quick succession.
Some booths also offer eight-photo sessions, followed by printed strips and, in some cases, digital downloads.
Koja Kolkata offers sessions from Rs 200 per strip at its Park Street location.
Moodshot Photobooth and Time Zone Games have outlets in several Kolkata malls, with prices starting at Rs 200 or Rs 250 per strip.
