DMRC Holds Cyber Security Awareness Month, International Officials Participate
Delhi Metro (DMRC) had a special month in October to help its workers learn about staying safe online.
They invited smart people from countries like Spain and Canada to talk about how to keep computer systems secure.
There was a big meeting about making city trains safer from cyber threats.
They also had a fun quiz for employees to test their knowledge, and a team won a prize!
DMRC also made a new agreement with a university to research and improve their cyber defenses.
This helps make sure your train rides are safe, not just from physical dangers, but also from online risks.
DMRC observed Cyber Security Awareness Month throughout October.
Activities included the UITP India Urban Rail Conference and a CISOs Roundtable with international participation from Spain and Canada.
Expert sessions were held with former National Cyber Security Coordinator Dr. Gulshan Rai and Director General of CERT-IN Dr. Sanjay Bahl.
A cyber security quiz competition was organized for employees, with Raman Goyal winning the shield.
DMRC signed an MoU with C3iHub, IIT Kanpur, to enhance cyber resilience through research and collaboration.
