Russia Leaves Door Open to New Three-Way Ukraine Talks
Russia, Ukraine, and the United States have been trying to find a way to stop the war in Ukraine.
Their peace talks have been paused for several months.
Two American negotiators, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, recently visited Moscow and Kyiv.
Russia said it might agree to another three-way meeting.
However, Russia said it is too early to choose a place or date.
Ukraine said the United States brought more effective ideas for ending the war.
The countries still disagree about territory, especially the Donbas region.
No major agreement was announced after the latest meetings.
The Kremlin said Russia does not rule out renewed trilateral peace talks with Ukraine and the United States.
Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the venue and dates for any new meeting have not been decided.
