Medak's New School Sports Portal Brings Digital Transparency to Telangana
Medak has introduced a new website for managing school sports.
It will keep information about games, players and achievements in one place.
Officials can use it for competitions at Mandal, District, State and National levels.
The website can also check sports certificates.
This may help stop duplicate or fake certificates.
Officials discussed how to organise the 2026–27 state-level school games.
They said schools should encourage sports and help talented students progress.
Tracksuits were also given to sports organisers.
Dr E Naveen Nicolas inaugurated the Medak District School Games Web Portal.
The portal will manage schedules, events, participation details and achievements across multiple competition levels.
It will generate and verify participation and award records to help prevent duplicate or forged certificates.
Officials discussed planning the 70th State-Level School Games Tournaments-cum-Selections for the 2026–27 academic year.
Tracksuits were distributed to District School Games Organising Secretaries during the programme.
