Jagdish Aphale Named Secretary of Ram Mandir Amid Donation Row
A man named Jagdish Aphale, who used to help build the Ram Temple, has been chosen to run the day‑to‑day work of the temple trust.
He will also sign money papers with the trust’s boss.
This change comes after a scandal where money was stolen from the temple.
The trust wants to fix its management and stop more problems.
The new secretary will start on September 2, 2024.
Jagdish Aphale, former RSS engineer, appointed secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust.
Appointment to be ratified on September 2, 2024, after resignation of former general secretary Champat Rai.
