IndiGo Offers Bonuses to Hire Pilots
IndiGo, an airline in India, is trying really hard to hire more pilots by February 10.
They are offering big bonuses, up to Rs 50 lakhs, to pilots who join them before that date.
They are also promising pilots a certain number of flying hours each month and some special plans where pilots can own a part of the airline.
IndiGo is even paying their current employees to help them find new pilots.
The government's aviation department, called the DGCA, has set this deadline for IndiGo to have enough pilots to follow safety rules.
IndiGo has also increased the extra money they give pilots for flying at night and other special situations.
They have until February 10 to meet these rules, and the government is watching closely to make sure they do.
