Jeff Bezos's mother, Jacklyn Gise Bezos, has died at 78 after dealing with Lewy body dementia for five years.
Along with her husband, she was the first to invest in Amazon, helping Jeff build his company.
She became a mother at 17.
She was diagnosed with the disease in 2020.
She worked at a bank, went to university later in life and loved her family.
She is survived by her family, including her husband and children.
