Delhi LG urges citizens to lead capital towards Viksit Bharat
A leader named Taranjit Singh Sandhu works for Delhi, a big city in India.
On India's Independence Day, he raised the national flag at his home called Lok Niwas.
He told everyone in Delhi to help make India a great country by the year 2047.
India's leader, Narendra Modi, has a plan called "Shakti Ki Saptadhara," which has seven areas of strength.
