RAGE Engine Evolution: From AGE to Powering GTA 6
Imagine the games you play, like GTA, have a special engine that makes everything work, like the cars, people, and buildings.
This engine started as something simple called AGE.
Then, the company Rockstar bought it and made it much better, calling it RAGE.
They made it so the games could have more realistic cities, like the ones in GTA.
The new version of RAGE, called RAGE 9, will be used in GTA 6 and will make the game even better, with more realistic things, and a world that reacts to you.
Rockstar Games uses the RAGE (Rockstar Advanced Game Engine) for its open-world games.
RAGE evolved from the Angel Game Engine (AGE) developed by Angel Studios.
RAGE was first used in Rockstar Games Presents Table Tennis in 2006.
RAGE has been updated through multiple iterations for games like GTA IV, Red Dead Redemption, and GTA V.
RAGE 9 will power GTA 6, promising advancements in graphics, physics, and AI.
