Government Promotes Health & Economic Awareness Initiatives
The government is running two programs.
One is to explain to everyone the new GST tax system, especially how it makes things cheaper.
The second program focuses on women's health, because when women are healthy, families are healthy.
They will be holding health check-ups and providing advice, including offering medical treatments with affordable costs because of the GST changes.
Also, they are urging everyone to register their health records to ensure easy access to medical care.
CM Naidu directed officials to take the GST 2.0 message to every household.
The GST campaign will highlight the economic benefits of tax reforms.
The state will organize 65,000 meetings and programs to spread awareness.
The "Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan" program is ongoing until October 2.
123 types of health checkups will be conducted to help strengthen families.
