Imtiaz Ali's College Life: Hindu College & 'Ibtida' Shaped Filmmaking Journey

Imtiaz Ali, the famous filmmaker behind movies like 'Jab We Met' and 'Rockstar', started his journey at Hindu College in Delhi.

There, he found a place called 'Ibtida', a theatre group where he learned to tell stories that touch people's hearts.

Before making movies, he performed street plays that were raw and real, talking about important issues.

Hindu College was like a big playground for his ideas, where he could be free and creative.

Many other famous people, like Vishal Bhardwaj, also started their careers there.

This story shows how college can be a special place where dreams begin and artists are born.
