ICAI Reschedules CA Intermediate Paper 5
The ICAI has changed the date of a very important exam for people studying to become chartered accountants.
The exam, called CA Intermediate Group II, Paper 5, was supposed to be on January 15, 2026, but it has been moved to January 19, 2026.
This change is because there are elections happening in Maharashtra on the original exam date.
The exam will still be at the same time, 2 PM to 5 PM, and in the same places.
Students don't need to get new admit cards; the ones they already have are still good.
All other exams in the January 2026 session will happen as originally planned.
ICAI reschedules CA Intermediate Group II, Paper 5 from January 15 to January 19, 2026.
Rescheduling is due to Municipal Corporation elections in Maharashtra on January 15, 2026.
Exam timing remains the same: 2 PM to 5 PM (IST).
Same examination centers will be used for the rescheduled exam.
Existing admit cards will be valid for the rescheduled date; no new ones are required.
