A government minister in Andhra Pradesh visited a district to see how a recent cyclone, named Montha, has affected the rice crops.
The minister said that because of the storm, there will be less rice harvested than they first thought.
He also went to a village to open a new building for a farmer's cooperative bank, which helps farmers with money.
The minister promised that the government wants to help these farmer groups and wants them to be strong so they can help farmers even more.
