This is part of a bigger plan to work together on health projects.
India is also giving medical equipment like MRI and CT scan machines, vaccines, and medicines.
They are building new hospitals and clinics in Afghanistan.
India is also helping Afghan people by giving them visas to come to India for medical treatment.
Both countries are talking about more ways to work together in the future.
India delivered 20 ambulances to Afghanistan as a gesture of goodwill.
The delivery is part of broader healthcare cooperation, including the establishment of various medical centers and clinics.
