DDA Launches Karmayogi Awaas Yojana for Government Employees
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has started a new housing scheme called Karmayogi Awaas Yojana.
This scheme is for government employees who are currently working or retired.
They can buy new 1-BHK, 2-BHK, or 3-BHK flats in Narela, Delhi.
The flats are ready to move in and come with a 25% discount.
Registration started on December 19, 2025, and people can start booking flats from January 14, 2026.
The scheme will close on March 31, 2026, or when all flats are sold.
There are 1,168 flats available in total.
The prices start at around Rs 34 lakh for a 1-BHK flat, Rs 79.81 lakh for a 2-BHK flat, and Rs 1.14 crore for a 3-BHK flat after the discount.
People can apply online and need to pay a small fee to register.
There are also special benefits for people with disabilities, including an additional discount and the option to pay in installments over 15 years.
