Telangana Inaugurates Training for Largest DSP Batch
Imagine police leaders called DSPs starting a big school for the very first time in Telangana!
The top police boss, DGP Shivadher Reddy, opened the school for 112 new officers.
For the next ten months, they will learn how to be great leaders.
The DGP told them it's super important to be honest, kind, and really good at their jobs.
They need to be fair and patient, understanding that people trust them to be just.
The training will teach them about discipline and help them learn to lead with good behavior, not just by being in charge.
It's exciting that 38 of these new officers are women, showing progress.
The goal is to make sure they protect people with compassion and always do their duty with integrity.
