Tamil Nadu State Transport to Launch Bus Tickets via WhatsApp

People in Tamil Nadu will soon be able to buy bus tickets using WhatsApp, just like sending a message!

The state's transport companies are working on a new way to book tickets that’s super easy and doesn't need cash.

You can pick your seat, pay right on your phone using things like Google Pay or other digital methods, and get your ticket right on your phone.

This new system will connect many bus services across the state.

It’s great because it makes it simpler for everyone to travel, especially for those who find online websites a bit tricky.

There will also be a special help team available all day and night to answer any questions you might have about booking or paying.

This is a big step to make bus travel more convenient for everyone.
