ISL Clubs Seek AIFF Clause Changes

ISL Clubs Seek AIFF Clause Changes

The Indian Super League (ISL) clubs are asking the All India Football Federation (AIFF) to change some rules that make it hard for them to get sponsors and investors.

They want to talk about this at a big meeting on December 20, 2025.

If the AIFF can't change these rules, the ISL clubs want to take over running the league themselves.

The AIFF's Executive Committee is upset because they weren't asked before this idea was suggested.

The clubs say if nothing changes, the league might collapse, and investors and fans might lose interest.

The AIFF had a contest to sell the league's rights, but no one wanted to buy them.
